Recipe for Mango Shake
Ingredients
- 2 mugs of milk,
- if you are measuring 2 1/2 standard cups of full fat milk
- 1 huge ripe mango, peeled and cut in cubes
- 2 tbsp sugar, sometimes
- I add brown sugar, you can adjust more or less.
- Some ice, optional. I do not add ice in my shakes
Cooking Directions
Put it all in the blender and blend till thick and creamy shake is formed.
Pour in a glass and Drink! Makes 3 cups or 4 normal glasses of Shake.
