Recipe for Paneer Tikka Dry

Ingredients

  • Corn flour- 1-2 tbsp
  • Curd- 1-2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder- 1-2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes- 1-2 finely chopped
  • Onions- ½ cup finely chopped
  • Garlic- 2-3 minced
  • Garam masala- small tbsp.
  • Coriander powder
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Cloves-1-2
  • Paneer- cubicle sizes as in picture
  • Onions, bell peppers- same size as in picture

Cooking Directions

Take a pan and lit the stove, add cloves, garlic and onion
Once that cooks, add chopped tomatoes to it.

Then sprinkle salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala Once oil starts leaving from sides- close the stove

Blend this content and set aside In separate pan- take curd, add corn flour and the gravy you just prepared.

Add salt and pepper to taste again if needed.Marinate paneer, onions and green bell peppers in this mix
Do this for minimum 4 hours


Bake:
Pre heat oven on 350F Add the paneer, onions, bell peppers in a chopstick and start baking them In approx. 20 minutes your paneer tikka is ready to serve.
