Recipe for Bajri na Rotla
Ingredients
- 1 cup of millet flour
- salt to taste
- Water to make the dough
- Ghee to spread on top
- Instruments to cook rotla:
- Flat tava or pan- specially if you can get one from India made from soil
- Griller
- Spatula
Cooking Directions
Here make the dough while you want to make the rotlas
There is no need to make the dough in advance
Take the millet flour, add salt and start adding water to it and knead the dough
This dough should not be thick or too soft Knead it really well to make it smooth.
Then start the stove and heat the pan.Take a ball shaped dough and then start patting it with hands.
Use plain flours in between if its too sticky Then place it on the pan and let it cook on both sides
Then put on griller directly and blow it like Rotis.
