Recipe for Vegetarian kebab

Ingredients

  • soy nuggets(nutri)-100g
  • split bengal gram (chana dal boiled)-100g
  • cornflour-2tbsp
  • ginger paste-1tsp
  • green chilli paste-2tsp
  • garlic paste-1 tsp
  • chopped coriander-2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder-1tsp
  • dried mango powder-1 tsp
  • vegetable oil – for frying

Cooking Directions

Soak soy nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes,squeeze excess water and grind gently to make a granulated paste.

To this add boiled Chana dal and add remaining ingredients one by one.

Make shape of kebabs and fry in hot oil .Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
