Recipe for Vegetarian kebab
Ingredients
- soy nuggets(nutri)-100g
- split bengal gram (chana dal boiled)-100g
- cornflour-2tbsp
- ginger paste-1tsp
- green chilli paste-2tsp
- garlic paste-1 tsp
- chopped coriander-2tbsp
- salt to taste
- red chilly powder-1tsp
- dried mango powder-1 tsp
- vegetable oil – for frying
Cooking Directions
Soak soy nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes,squeeze excess water and grind gently to make a granulated paste.
To this add boiled Chana dal and add remaining ingredients one by one.
Make shape of kebabs and fry in hot oil .Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
