Recipe for Chicken Chili
Ingredients
- 250 gms boneless chicken , cut to thin strips
- 2 tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon All purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken stock, click for the recipe
- 1 medium size capsicum, cut to thick strips
- 1 medium size onion, cut to thick strips
- 3-4 green chilies, de-seeded and thin sliced
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, thin sliced
- 2 tablespoon Dark Soy sauce
- 1 & ½ tablespoon hot red chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying and cooking

Cooking Directions
Marinate the chicken strips with egg, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, the 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour and salt. Mix well, add a tablespoon of soy sauce and keep aside
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken till it turns golden, strain on a blotting paper.
Now, take a wok of a large frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil
Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds, then add the green chilies and fry for another 30 seconds.
Then add the onion and capsicum and fry together for about a minute.
Add some salt, followed by the remaining soy sauce and chicken, give a quick toss.
Pour in the entire cup of Chicken Stock, click for the recipe.
Mix the rest of corn flour in some water and add while stirring continuously.
Add another pinch or two of salt, some black pepper and the red chili sauce.
Cook till the sauce thickens and is completely reduced over the chicken and veggies.
Serve the hot Chili chicken dressed up with red chili flake
