Recipe for Fry Fish Fingers
Ingredients
- Fish 5kg Cleaned 3.500 g
- Rock Salt 40 g
- Mustered powder 15 g
- Lemon juice 100 ml
- Garlic Ginger water 70 ml
- White pepper powder 25 g
- Red Chili powder 30 g
- Worcester sauce 60 ml
- Mix Maida 400 g
- Eggs 12
Cooking Directions
Cut fish in pieces (4” length and 1 cm dia) each. Marinate fish fillet with salt, ginger & garlic water at least one hour.
before marination Wash thoroughly to remove the salt.
Make a paste with mix flouring salt, mustered powder, lemon juice, ginger water, white pepper powder, Worcester sauce, red chili powder and eggs.
Dip fish in above paste and coating with bread crumbs.
