Recipe for Mince Samosa
Ingredients
- Minced meat 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Green chilli 1
- All spice 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee
- For coating:
- All purpose Flour 30 gm
- Ghee 1/2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
Cooking Directions
Wash the mince. Leave it to drain.
Chop the onion and green chilli.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry the onion till golden brown.
Add the minced meat, salt and chillies and cook adding 1/2 cup water, till meat is tender and dry.
Make a dough by mixing flour, salt, ghee and a little water.
Make balls. Roll them out. Cut into halves.
Make a cone of the pastry and put the stuffing in.
Press the edges securely and deep fry in ghee till brown.
