Recipe for Thai vegetarian Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200 gms rice stick noodles
  • 30 gms chopped garlic
  • 1 cup fried onion
  • 120 gm fried tofu
  • 1 cup fried onion
  • 40 gms roasted peanut
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 2-3 Thai red chillies
  • 60 ml peanut oil
  • 120 gms bean sprouts
  • 60 gms chopped spring onions
  • 40 gm capsicum
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 4 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Half cup chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Directions

Sieve noodles after boiling and keep it for cooling. Grind chilies and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic in it. Now add onion, tofu and stir it properly.

Add half vegetables, peanuts and spring onion. Now add noodles, sauce and lemon juice and stir well.

Add remaining vegetables, sprouts and salt and mix it well.

Your dish is ready. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
