Recipe for Rum & Raisin Ice-Cream
Ingredients
- 20 gms raisins
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 5 ml. rum
Cooking Directions
Put vanilla ice-cream in a bowl. Mix chopped raisins and refrigerate for 2 hours so that it doesn’t leave water.
Put 2 vanilla ice-cream scoops on the serving plate and pour rum on it.
Your rum & raisin ice-cream is ready to eat. Serve it with chopped fruits and cream wafers.
