• Canned mushrooms One can
• Olives cut in slices 4 tbsp
• Capsicum cut in cubes ¼ cup
• Onions cut in cubes ¼ cup
• Flour 1 ½ cup
• Sugar 1 ½ tsp
• Yeast 1 ½ tsp
• Egg ½
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Baking powder ¼ tsp
• Cooked minced meat or chicken 5 tbsp
• Tomato paste a little

Knead together, Flour, Sugar,Yeast, Egg, Milk and Baking powder with hand in lukewarm water. Leave it for two hours.

The dough is now nice and fluffy and it must have risen thrice its original size. Roll it out on a board and spread a layer of tomato paste.

Place chicken chunks/meat, capsicum, mushrooms, olives and onions on the rolled dough.

Put it in the preheated oven for baking at 450 deg F for thirty minutes.Enjoy your delicious CHICKEN LOVER PIZZA.
