• Sandwich bread 1
• Butter 8 ounce or 200g
• Salt ½ tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Mustard paste ½ tsp
• Boiled eggs 2 (mashed)
• Green chutney ½ cup
• Ketchup ½ cup
• Mayonnaise ½ cup

Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise. Trim crust from the bread

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the slices.

Top with a layer of chutney filling, or ketchup or boiled eggs.Now roll the slices into a swiss roll.

Fix with tooth picks and chill for 2 hours till firm. Remove and cut into slices.
