• For Pizza Dough:
• White flour 1/2 kg
• Yeast 1 sachet
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Salt as required
• For Pizza Topping:
• Chicken bonless 1 cup boiled
• Onion 2 sliced
• Tomato 1 sliced remove all seeds
• Capsicum 1 sliced remove all seeds
• Mushrooms 1/2 cup
• Black olive 1/2 cup
• Mozrella cheese 400 gm
• Pizza sauce 1 cup
• Egg 2 beaten
• Butter 1/2 cup

Heat the oven to 200 degrees In a large bowl combine sugar and yeast with lukewarm water set aside for 15 minutes.

Now in plain flour add salt,baking powder and yeast mix well to thoroughly incorporate.

Knead the plain flour mixture well and leave it for 3-4 hours.
Then fold and knead it again by pressing it with hand.

Divide dough into 2 portions and form into balls and roll out pizza dough make two pizza base of same size.

Now greased baking tray with butter and set 1 pizza base on it. Spread pizza sauce on pizza base properly and sprinkle capsicum,toamtoes and musrooms.

Then sprinkle chicken pieces ,grated mozrella cheese and black oilve. Now apply beaten egg on the edges of pizza and set other pizza base on it.

Press up lightly so that pizza topping will set finely smooth.
Now apply beaten egg on it with the help of brush.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Cool it for 5 minutes before cutting into triangle or square shape and serve.
