Recipe for Vegetable Chowder Soup
Ingredients
- Basic white stock
- 4 cups Onion (large)
- 1 Potatoes
- 2 Mixes vegetables
- French beans, carrots
- potatoes, green peas
- 1 1/2 cups White sauce
- 2-3 cups Butter
- 1 tb Parsley
- 2 tb Salt To taste Pepper
- To taste
- Pre - Preparation :
- Boil mixed vegetables.
Cooking Directions
Chop the vegetables. Fry the vegetables in the butter for at least 2 minutes. Add the white stock.
Boil for at least 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
Add the white sauce, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Cook for 2 minutes.
