Recipe for Palak Moong Dal Kachoris
Ingredients
- Spinach 100 gms
- Moong dal 150 gms
- Wheat atta 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1 1/2 tbsps
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Grind the dal coarsely after soaking it for 8 hours.
Chop spinach very finely.
Mix all the ingredients and form stiff dough.
Make small puris and deep fry to a golden brown.
