- Ground beef meat 1 pound
- Chopped onion 1
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- Beaten egg2
- Mustard powder 1 teaspoon
- Drained canned diced tomatoes 1 cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper 1 dash
- 8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
- Topping:
- 1cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients for topping and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
