Recipe for Eggless Sponge
Ingredients

- 1 kg flour
- 20 grams baking powder
- 20 grams baking soda
- 1 kg milkmaid
- 200 grams butter
- 1 litre milk
- 400 grams sugar
Cooking Directions
Heat milk and add butter to it
Add sugar to it and let it cool
Add milkmaid, baking powder and baking soda to it
Bake at 180 degree centigrade. If you want, you can icing with white sugar powder.
