Recipe for Chocolate Cupcake With Butter Icing
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams butter
- 4 ounce caster sugar
- 3 ounce flour
- 1 ounce coco powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- Butter Icing:
- 125 grams butter
- 8 ounce icing sugar
- 2 tbsp coco powder
Cooking Directions
Beat all the cicing ingredients till it gets creamy.
Pre heat oven to 180c. Ina bowl sieve flour, coco powder and baking powder.
In other beat 100 grams of butter then add caster sugar and vanilla essence and beat until it gets creamy. Add 1 egg and beat more.
Then add the sieved mixture then another egg then again the flour mixture and fold.
Pour it in muffin tray and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Decorate with butter icing and serve.
