Recipe for Buttercream Icing
Ingredients
- Butter 250 gm (softened)
- Fresh cream 100 ml
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence and food color a few drops (optional)
Cooking Directions
Add butter and icing sugar in a bowl.
Beat it with a electric beater till smooth and creamy.
Now beat in cream.
Refrigerate the mixture till chilled.
Butter cream icing is ready.
Now frost your favorite cakes, cupcakes and sponge with butter cream icing.
(you can flavor the butter cream icing with vanilla essence or tint it with your favorite color if you like)
