• 6 gm chicken powder
• 150 gm sticky rice
• 30 gm asparagus
• 5 gm white pepper powder
• Salt according to your taste
• 3 eggs
• 30 gms smoke bambooshoot
• 15 gm spring onion
• 5 gm sugar
• 60 ml mushroom sauce
• 30 gm icebers lettuce
• 20 gm chopped garlic
• 5 ml chili oil
• 30 gm mushroom golden
• 20 gm mushroom black fungus

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic in it. Add egg, smoked bamboo shoots, golden, black mushroom, diced lettuce with it.

Adjust seasoning now add steamed sticky rice in it. Give extra flavor by adding salt, pepper powder, chicken powder and chili oil.

Now your exclusive Chinese dish is ready and you can serve hot with chopped spring onion and fried garlic garnishing with mushroom sauce.
