• 2 cups Rice
• 1/2 tbsp Salt
• 3 cups Water
• few cardamom pods
• 8 tbsps oil
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp Fennal

In a pan boil brown sugar with water till melted.

Heat oil in pan and add cardamom pods, stir until sputter.

Add brown sugar water and boil. Add salt and fennel to it.

Add soaked rice and let it cook on medium heat until water evaporated. Cover until the rice is done Serve
