Recipe for Bakara Eid Seekh Kabab
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef
- 2 Onions
- 6 Green Chilies
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 tbsp Coconut (crushed)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg and mace
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- for fryingOil
Cooking Directions
In a chopper add 1/2 kg beaf, then add 2 onions, 6 Green Chilies, 6 Garlic
cloves, 1 piece of Ginger, 2 table spoons of chopped coconut, 1 table
spoon of red chili powder, 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder, 1 tea spoon cumin seed, 1/2 tea spoon of nutmeg and mace and 1 table spoon of salt, chop
it well.
Now add 1 egg, 2 table spoons of cream, and 2 table spoons of yogurt to the minced meat.
Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till it becomes light brown Or
heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until light brown.
Malai seekh kabab is ready Serve hot with chutney.
