• ½ kg boiled potatoes
• 1 green onion
• 50 grams butter
• 4 tbsp cream
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp cream
• 1 tsp mustard
• ½ tsp black pepper

Melt 50g of butter in a pan and fry 1tsp mustard seeds until they start to sizzle .Turn the flame off

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and pour the butter and mustard seed mixture

Add 1tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp salt and 1 chopped green chili.
Mix in 4tbsp cream and serve.
