• 3 cups Egg Noodle boiled
• 2 Eggs
• to taste Salt
• 200 grams Chicken(cut in stripes)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp White pepper
• 1 tbsp Black pepper
• 3 tbsps Oyster sauce
• 1 Spring onion chopped
• 5 tbsps Oil
• 2 tbsps Worchester sauce

Beat eggs add salt and black pepper powder in it. Make omelet with it and keep aside.

Heat oil add chopped garlic saute’ it, add chicken strips saute’, add spring onion and cook for 3mins.

Add boil noodles, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, worchester sauce mix it well and cook.

Mix omelet in chicken noodles mixture. Toss it Serve hot
