• 3 cups rice (boiled)
• 6 Eggs whisked
• 3 spring onion (sliced)
• 2 carrots sliced
• to taste Salt
• 2 tbsps Garlic chopped
• 5 tbsps Oil

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic in it

Add carrots and rice. Cook for 2mins

Add salt and spring onions; cook for 3mins

Heat oil in a pan and add whisked eggs; cook for 2mins

Mix eggs mixture into the rice

Cover and let it cook for 5mins Serve hot
