Recipe for MANGO KULFI
Ingredients
- 400 grams Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tbsp Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Mango pulp
- 5 tbsps Pistachios (chopped)
- 8 tbsps Almonds (chopped)
- 1 Silver leaf
Cooking Directions
Mix condensed milk, cream and mango pulp together. Blend well.
Add half nuts Mix well and pour into moulds and seal.
Freeze it for six hours
Remove the kulfi onto a plate, garnish with remaining nuts and silver leaf. Serve immediately.
