Recipe for SPINACH CUTLETS
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 cup potatoes (boiled,mashed)
- 5 tbsps coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 3 green chilies ground into paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup Oil
Cooking Directions
Mix all the ingredients except rice flour.
Make small sized balls.
Press each ball into cutlets.
Roll these cutlets in rice flour.
Spread some oil on a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets.
Serve hot with green chutney.
