• 1 medium fresh pineapple slices
• 1 small onion its optional
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 green chili chopped
• 1teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves

Combine all these ingredients in a bowl. Onion is optional but it adds a bit of crunch.

Mix gently with a wooden spoon, and then serve at room temperature. Its ready 4 eat enjoy it.
