Recipe for Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper, grounded
- ½ tsp grounded cumin
- black salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and almonds. Mix well.
Now add salt and red chilli powder and mix the nuts well so that the spices are absorbed by the almonds.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and then put it off flame. Let it cool. Store in an air-tight container.
Roasted almonds are ready to eat! It is an easy to make recipe. Enjoy this healthy snack.
