Recipe for Namak Paray
Ingredients
- All purpose Flour/Self raising Flour/Maida :2 cups
- Semolina/.sooji : 2 tbsp
- Salt : quarter tea spoon
- Butter/oil : 4 table spoon
- Carom seeds (ajwain) : 1/4 teaspoon
- Water as required to the dough
- Oil to fry
Cooking Directions
Mix flour ,salt, semolina, ajwain seeds and butter , add water as needed to make firm smooth dough.
set aside for atleast half an hour. divide dough into 4 parts, roll them and cut into diamond
shape.Heat oil in pan, fry namak paras until both sides are equally golden brown.
