• Eggs 4
• Gram flour 2 tsp
• Onion (small) 1
• Green chillies 2
• Egg white 1
• Mint leaves 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
• Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
• Red chilli powder 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Boil eggs and cut into small pieces.

Chop onion, green chillies, coriander and mint.

Mix all ingredients in egg except oil.

Heat oil in frying pan; make kababs from the mixture; fry from both sides till golden.

Remove on absorbent paper.
