Recipe for Jhinga Tandoori
Ingredients
- 300 grams Prawns
- 5 tbsps Yogurt
- 1 tsp Ginger / Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp All Spice
- 1 tsp Cummin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Red Food Color (pinch)
- 1 tsp Red Chillly Powder
- to taste Salt
- 5 tbsps Butter
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Cooking Directions
Clean and wash the prawns Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except butter
Put the prawns in it to marinate for 10mins Melt the butter in a pan
Put marinate in a pan and stir for 2mins Now put marinated prawns in the pan and cook carefully for
few minutes till the prawns are ready
