• Refined flour 1 ½ cups
• Eggs 2
• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Apple ( grated ) 1/2 cup
• Yogurt ( whipped ) 1 ¼ cups
• Baking soda 1/2 tsp
• Butter ( melted ) 4 tbsp
• Cinnamon powder 1 ½ tsp
• Baking powder 1 ½ tsp

Mix flour , baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl.

Beat eggs, yogurt and butter in a separate bowl; add apple.

Grease muffin tray; put paper moulds on it and pour in mixture.

Bake cake in pre-heated oven at 180 c for 20 minutes
