• 3 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• Melted chocolate for topping
• Vermicelli to decorate

Beat sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl.

In another bowl mix together the powders and add this mixture to the egg mixture.

Mix, till no big lumps are visible.

Grease a big salad(glass) dish and pour the mixture into it.

Put in the microwave for 7-8 minutes or until a fork inserted into it comes out clean.

Take out and decorate with melted chocolate and Vermicelli.
