Recipe for Honey Toffee
Ingredients
- Sugar 200 gm
- Cream 1 tbsp
- Honey 100 gm
- Water 35 gm
- Glucose ½ tbsp
- Butter 100 gm
Cooking Directions
Boil water and dissolve sugar in water.
When water comes to a boil, mix in glucose, honey, butter and cream.
Boil the whole mixture and pour it in a greased dish.
When mixture cools, break it in pieces.
Now wrap toffee in wax paper and preserve in tin.
