Recipe for Laddu Peethi
Ingredients
- Moong ki daal 1 cup over night soaked
- Salt to taste
- Red chillie powder 2tsp
- Soda 2 pinches
- milk 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
- IMLI KA PANI:
- imli 1/4 kg
- zeera 1/2 tsp
- salt and red chillie to taste
- Redish 1 finger sliced
- YOUGURT CHUTNEY:
- yougurt 1/2 kg
- fresh corriander 1/4 bunch
- fresh mint 1/4 bunch
- fresh green chillies 2-3
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- salt and black pepper to taste
- chat masalah optional to taste
Cooking Directions
LADDO PEETHI: drain the soaked lentil and add half cup of milk and grind it till becomes a paste
add salt and red chillie powder and soda and mix well make sure it becomes thick paste and leave for 5 minutes
With the help of two table spoons make a round ball and deep
Fry in medium heated oil
IMLI KA PANI: take 4-5 glasses of water in apan add imli and salt and pepper zeera and cook for 10- 15 min on high heat
Then add redish and cook for another 2-3 min
Pour in bowl
YOGURT CHUTNEY: Grind mint leaves fresh corriander, green chillies and ginger garlic paste
Add salt and pepper (u can add chat masalah if u like) and yougurt ready to serve enjoy
