• Flour 2-1/2 cups
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Brown sugar 8 tbsp
• Baking powder 3/4 tsp or 1 level tsp
• Soda a pinch
• Egg 2
• Peanut butter
• Peanuts handful
• Butter 4 oz
• Vanilla essence a few drops

Beat eggs with beater till fluffy. Add brown sugar and peanut butter.

In a separate bowl put baking powder, soda, salt, Vanilla essence and melted butter mix well.

Mix egg mixture in it and knead dough. Grease the baking tray. Roll out the dough.

Either use a cookie cutter or make small balls then flatten.
Place all cookies onto the greased baking tray.

Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes till golden brown.
