• Chicken boneless 250 grams
• Mushroom 1 cup
• Green onion 1 cup
• Chicken stock 4 cups
• Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Soy sauce 1 tbsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp

In 4 cups stock add 250 grams chicken, 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger and ½ tsp salt and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Now add 1 cup green onion, ½ tsp white pepper and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove.

Now pour it in a dish and serve hot with 1 tbsp soy sauce.
