• 5 chicken legs with skin on, or 1 chicken
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 cup mushrooms - cut in halves
• 1/2 cup carrot - cut in cubes
• 1 cup bell pepper - cut in cubes
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 cube chicken stock
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup broccoli
• 1/2 cup onion cut in quarters
• 1 cup zucchini - cut in cubes

In a bowl add chicken, enough water to cover it and 1 teaspoon salt. Leave it for 15 minutes.*

Place your vegetables in a baking pan.

Wash chicken and season it with black pepper and salt. Place it over the vegetables.

Mix orange juice with water and the chicken stock cube well. Pour it over the chicken and vegetables.

Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil. Put it in a preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, turn the oven off, and turn on the broiler to give the chicken a light roasted color. **

You can serve this dish with mashed potato on the side.
