Recipe for Chicken Roast
Ingredients
- Chicken-1 1/2 kg (8 pieces with cut)
- Yogurt-1 cup
- Crushed black pepper-1 tbsp
- Lemon-3
- Ginger paste-1 tbsp
- Salt- As required
- Oil-2 cup
Cooking Directions
Take a cooking bowl put chicken pieces, ginger/garlic, yogurt, salt and mix it well.
Now bowl it over a slow flame without water.
When yogurt’s water gets evaporate then switch off the flame.
Now take all the chicken pieces and frying it into frying pan until they get golden brown in color.
After that again put these chicken pieces in that cooking bowl, spread black pepper, and squeeze lemon and cook it over slow flame
