Recipe for Tandori Murghi
Ingredients
- Chicken-1,1/2 kg (8 pieces)
- Yogurt-1 cup
- Tandori Masala-3 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder-1 tbsp
- Red Pepper (crushed)-1/2 tbsp
- Lemon-3
- Oil-3 tbsp
- Salt- to taste
Cooking Directions
Apply cut in the pieces of chicken.
Wash them well and marinate it with all the ingredients and leave it for 3 to 4 hours.
Apply oil in the chicken pieces with help of oil brush.
Take a cooking bowl put all the pieces of chicken in it.
Now cook it over slow flame.
Serve this delicious tandori chicken with Parathay or Roghni Naan
