Recipe for Fruit Chat
Ingredients
- Banana-2
- Melon-1
- Plum-1
- Sugar-1 cup
- Lemon-3
- Apple-2
- Pomegranate-2
- Grapes (Big one)-20
- Water-1 cup
- Chat Masala-1tsp
- White Pepper (Ground)-1/2 tsp
Cooking Directions
Take a stainless steel bowl, Put sugar, water and prepared sugar syrup.Cut all the fruits in cubes.
When sugar syrup gets cold then add 1 lemon syrup
After that Put lemon in all the fruits and spread sugar in it.
Because of fruits cant get black in color.
Now add all the fruits in sugar syrup, put this bowl in fridge.
When you are going to serve it then spread white pepper and chat masala.
