• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1 (1 1/3 ounce) box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup water

Mix the water and pudding together until there are no more lumps.

Bring to a slow boil in a saucepan.Stir frequently.

Remove from heat and fold in pumpkin and spices.Pour into 8 small serving cups.

Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
Top with fat free whipped topping to serve.
