Recipe for Shahi Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- Rice 100g
- Sugar 300g
- Khoya 50g
- Almond 50g
- Cashew 50g
- Pistachio 50g
- Cardamom 5g
- Cold Water 1 Cup
- Strawberry 50g
Cooking Directions
In a cooking pot, add milk, rice, cardamom, pistachio, almonds, cashews, cold water and boil it.
Next, add sugar and cook it for 35-40 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring during this process.
Afterward, add Khoya when it cooked well.
Now, keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
Use almond, cashew, pistachio and strawberry for garnishing.
