• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (regarding 1 1/4 lb)
• 5 to Six small red potatoes, quartered
• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
• 1/2 tsp peppered seasoned salt
• Two to 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsps chopped fresh chives

Heat stove to 425°F. Set up chicken as well as potatoes within ungreased 13×9-inch skillet. In small dish, mix rosemary, seasoned salt, garlic and oil. Brush over chicken and potatoes. Spread with cheese.

Bake Twenty five to 30 minutes or even until juice associated with chicken is clear when middle associated with thickest part is actually cut (170°F), and potatoes tend to be light gold dark brown. Sprinkle with chives.
