Recipe for Potato Cutlet In Green Masala
Ingredients
- Potatoes !/2 kg boiled and mashed
- Salt as u like
- Bread slices 2
- Eggs 2
- Green chutney
- Green coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Black peppers 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbs
- White cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Mix all ingrediants for chutney and grind them.
Add green chutney, bread slices and salt in potatoes, mix them well, make kababs, dip them in beaten eggs and deep fry.
Serve with imli chutney
