Recipe for Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 4 (16 ounce) cans beans (green beans or kidney beans or chickpeas or cannellini beans or wax beans or black-eyed peas), rinsed and drained
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking Directions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Let sit to marinate for several hours (to overnight) before serving.
