Recipe for Chinese Pakora

Ingredients

  • Gram Flour (Besan)— 3-4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce —1 tbsp
  • Cornflour —3-4 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto —1 tsp
  • Paprika —1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce —-1 tbsp
  • Cabbage (grated) —-1 small
  • Egg —-1
  • Noodles—- 1-2 Packets.
  • Carrot (grated) —-1 small

Cooking Directions

Boil noodles till to half done, drain water and set a side.
In a heavy bowl put corn flour, Gram flour, ajinomoto, paprika soya sauce, and oyster sauce.

Now in this put one egg and water to make thick Batter.

Mix noodles, Carrot and Cabbage in Batter keep together. Heat up oil in a wok and deep .fry….

Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
