Recipe for Methiwala Chawal
Ingredients
- Tomato : – 1
- Water : – 4 cup
- Oil : – 7-8 tea spoon
- Salt : – as per taste
- Turmeric powder : – ¼ tea spoon
- Red Chili powder : – 3 tea spoon
- Coriander powder : – 1 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds : – 1 tea spoon
- Fenugreek leaves : – 1 bunch
- Rice : – 60-80 gms
Cooking Directions
Take a bunch of fenugreek seeds in the plate. Then clean it, wash and cut properly. Also properly cut the tomato after washing it.
Clean the rice with water and allow it to soak the water for half an hour.
Take a pan and heat the oil in it. Then add the fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds and for five minutes fry it.
Then add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, tomato, red chili powder. Fry it properly till the time oil separates.
Then add the four cup of water, salt and rice as well.
Fry it on the high flame till it boils first time. Then make the flame low until the rice is properly made.Now you can serve it.
