Recipe for Jeera Lassi
Ingredients
- Curd (Dahi, yoghurt) :- 3 cup
- Cream (Malai) :- 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice (Nimbu raas):- 2 tbsp
- Ice water :- 1/3 rd cupSalt (Namak) :- as per taste
- Ice cubes :- 6 nos
- Cumin seeds (Jeera Powder) :- ½ tbsp
Cooking Directions
Take the curd, cream, ice water, salt and lemon juice in a mixer and blend it.
Keep processing it for 2 mns
Then to this add the ice cubes and again blend it for another minute
Now take little cumin seeds and add it to this mixer.
Once done, serve it chilled and to this Lassi, sprinkle the rest cumin seeds.
