Recipe for Ginger Ale
Ingredients
- Ginger (Adrak) :- 100 gm
- Lemon :- 1 kg
- Sugar :- 2 kg
- Water :- 1 kg
- Potassium bi sulphate (Meta) :- ¼ tsp
Cooking Directions
Take water and sugar; keep boiling it till a sugar syrup stand gets formed.
Take them off the flame.
On cooling add lemon juice to it.
Blend it in the blender and filter it.
To this add potassium bi sulphate (Meta) and keep it stored in a bottle.
